8.45am onwards: Guests invited on board a splendid corporate coach fitted with tables at The Punch Bowl  Home-made shortbread, Danish Pastries and Coffee. Corporate Coaches with all guests seated at tables

Racing Post/Times.    Champagne / Soft drinks served on board.
Unlimited Champagne Reception  Arrive at Ascot, prime parking on course (No.6.. the best)    Luncheon is served. Royal Parade
2.15 p m  Guests enter Ascot with prepaid GENERAL ADMISSION (Grandstand Paddock and Winners Enclosure) 

6. pm Onwards: Champagne, Wines, Lagers, Soft Drinks.   LUNCHEON 2010..

 Luncheon is served (Outside if fine) Using Silver Cutlery, Linen Napkins and China ~
Whole Dressed Salmon with Norfolk Samphire, Jumbo Prawns.
   Dressed Crabs with a Cognac Sauce
    Whole Ham, carved from the bone  Fresh Asparagus.
   French Bread, Sun dried Tomato Bread
      Coronation Chicken with fresh Mangoes and Cashew Nuts

Frequently asked questions:

1. Is the Champagne / Drinks Limited? (No - also upon booking we will send you a special requests form which caters for dietary requirements, preferred drinks/lagers etc. This lets us know of any special occasions to help us make your day a real success.)

2. Where do we park? -As near to the course as possible..Coach and Car Park 6 is the best.

3. Do we need hats? Hats are great at Royal Ascot, don't forget the Grandstand and Paddock Tickets will bring you within yards of members of the Royal Family, but you don't need them. Gentlemen are requested to wear a Jacket and Tie.

Please be aware dress regulations are inforced.

4. Can you collect us on the way/drop us off on the way back?

-If you mean at The Punch Bowl or similar we would be delighted, if you are having a private party with a whole coach (32 guests) we would be pleased to collect at your Offices or Home.
